Common Questions

None whatsoever. Every session begins with a comprehensive briefing from your Game Master covering everything from controller basics to game objectives. We see first-timers regularly become the most enthusiastic players in the group.

Very unlikely. Because you're physically moving through the space rather than simulating motion via a controller, your body and brain stay in agreement. The overwhelming majority of visitors experience zero discomfort. We've designed the experience specifically to eliminate the disconnect that causes traditional VR nausea.

Absolutely. Our headsets are designed to accommodate most prescription frames comfortably. If you're concerned, bring your glasses and our team will ensure a proper fit during gear-up.

Your safety is always the priority. Signal your Game Master at any point and they'll assist you immediately. There's no pressure and no judgment — we want every visitor to enjoy their experience at their own comfort level.

Budget 1–1.5 hours for a single session — including check-in, briefing, gear-up, gameplay, and a post-game debrief. Groups that book two sessions should plan for around 2.5 hours.

Yes — free parking is abundant at BayWay Village Shopping Center. You won't have to hunt for a spot.
